04/07/2015 – ¡Caruana ya ha entrado en calor! Se impuso a Kramnik con negras y ha tomado el mando en el Sparkassen Chess-Meeting. Únicamente Nisipeanu ahora tiene la misma cantidad de puntos. Fue una partida complicadita, la que jugaron el ruso y el italonorteamericano, pero Vladimir no consiguió estar a la altura de Fabiano. Nisipeanu entabló con Geort Meier y So ganó a Nepomniachtchi.
