Awonder Liang

Awonder Liang, nacido el 9 de abril de 2003 vive en Madison, Wisconsin, EE.UU.. Fue dos veces campeón de su categoría de edad: en 2011 se coronó Campeón del Mundo sub-8 y dos años más tarde, en 2013 Campeón del Mundo sub-10. En mayo de 2017 Awonder recibió el título de gran maestro internacional. En aquel entonces fue el décimo más joven gran maestro de todos los tiempos y el segundo más joven de EE. UU. (tras Samuel Sevian).

Vitiugov y Zierk campeones magistral cibernético "Artist Point"

18/09/2020 – Con 7/9 puntos, Nikita Vitiugov y Steven Zierk compartieron el primer puesto del torneo magistral cibernético "Artist Point", organizado por el Pacific Northwest Chess Center. En este torneo por sistema suizo a nueve rondas, con un ritmo de juego de 60 minutos, más 5 segundos de incremento, participaron 37 grandes maestros fuertes desde sus casas en todo el mundo.
