Emil Sutovsky es Presidente de la Asociación de Profesionales del Ajedrez. Nació en 1977 y reside en Holon (Israel). En enero de 2012 alcanzó la clasificación más alta de su carrera: 2708 puntos Elo. Su posición más alta en la clasificación fue la del 17° mejor jugador del mundo. Emil Sutovsky es el Campeón de Europa de 2001, así como ganador y premiado en más de 100 torneos internacionales. Emil tiene una amplia experiencia en la participación en programas de televisión y radio y es autor de más de cien publicaciones sobre el tema del ajedrez.
