Francisco J. Fernández, (San Sebastián, 1967) se doctoró en Filosofía en la Universidad del País Vasco con una tesis sobre Leibniz («Implicaciones semiológicas de la teoría de los principios de Leibniz»), filósofo al que ha traducido y consagrado varios estudios y artículos. Entre sus libros publicados destacan «El filósofo del océano» (1998), «El descrédito de los quilates» (1999), «El ajedrez de la filosofía» (2010), «Los huesos de Leibniz» (2015) y, próximamente, «Lycofrón (Diario de clase)». Presidente del Club Deportivo Dama Morena de Marmolejo (Jaén). Ha sido profesor en la Universidad de Jaén e investigador en la Universidad del País Vasco. Actualmente es profesor de Enseñanzas Medias.

Asimismo, de su propio cuño, asegura Francisco J.
