27/03/2024 – A principios de 2017, Siegfried Hornecker, que más tarde quiso llamarse Sarah, publicó su primer "Estudio del mes" en la web inglesa ChessBase, que ha aparecido regularmente desde entonces. Se trataba de columnas informativas y entretenidas en las que Hornecker introducía a un amplio público en el mundo de los estudios, las composiciones y los problemas. Sin embargo, ahora se ha anunciado que Hornecker falleció el pasado sábado 22 de marzo, poco después de cumplir 38 años, como consecuencia de una septicemia.
