El GM Hans Niemann ha causado sensación con su reciente serie de partidas y polémicas entrevistas. Su clasificación actual en la escala de la FIDE:
Recientemente, el joven y talentoso GM Jorden Van Foreest, con 2700, se reunió con Hans para una sesión privada de entrenamiento. Como Hans estaba enfermo, al final sólo jugaron blitz por las tardes.
