El 25º Campeonato de Europa de Ajedrez Femenino se juega entre el lunes 31 de marzo y el viernes 11 de abril de 2025. El torneo se celebra en el Rodos Palace Conference Hotel de Rodas (Grecia).
La competición se desarrolla en un formato de sistema suizo a 11 rondas. El control de tiempo para cada partida es de 90 minutos para las primeras 40 jugadas, con 30 minutos adicionales hasta el final de la partida, y un incremento de 30 segundos por jugada.
La Unión Europea de Ajedrez (ECU) ha determinado que al menos diez jugadoras clasificarán a la Copa del Mundo Femenina de la FIDE en este torneo.
