Suat Atalik triunfó en Cannes

02/03/2007 – Suat Atalik, el primer gran maestro turco, se alzó con la victoria en el Campeonato de Países Mediterráneos que se disputó entre el 18 y el 25 de febrero en Cannes. Logró la misma puntuación que Manuel Apicella (7 puntos en 9 partidas), pero se impuso por el mejor coeficiente de desempate.
