Cinco campeones de España (mujeres y hombres) y el periodista Leontxo García, forman un especial relato de una acción inédita desde esta Federación. Javier Ochoa de Echagüen - Presidente y ex jugador -, Sabrina Vega, Marta García, Paco Vallejo, Pepe Cuenca, y el periodista de El País, Leontxo García, lanzan un mensaje sobre Detección temprana, Concienciación, Apoyo emocional, Investigación y avances médicos, Autoempoderamiento, y Solidaridad.
Unir estos mensajes de visibilización contra el cáncer de mama con los términos ajedrecísticos Planificación, Concentración, Atención, Estrategia, Investigar, o ayuda del equipo y entrenadores de ajedrez, es un reto desde la comunidad ajedrecística de España para sensibilizar a nuestra sociedad y demostrar la cercanía de este deporte - ciencia a los problemas del cáncer. El vídeo está publicado en el canal Youtube de la Federación.
Ronda de juego y ajedrecistas con lazo rosa
Los 96 participantes en el Campeonato de España individual mixto (clasificación femenina y masculina) lucirán el símbolo de la lucha contra el cáncer de mama, así como en la web oficial de partidas en directo de la Federación, se podrá ver que en los tableros digitales las damas aparecerán con el símbolo superpuesto. Las partidas y reportajes en directo tienen un impacto de decenas de miles de visitas e interacciones.
Todas las partidas de este Campeonato se están disputando en el Hotel Senator de Marbella, desde las 17 h.
