El Abierto Aeroflot 2019 se disputará del 19 al 27 de febrero de 2019 en Moscú. La bolsa de premios asciende a unos 140.000 euros. El ganador del torneo será invitado al supertorneo de Dortmund 2019. En 2018, Vladislav Kovalev ganó el Torneo Aeroflot.
