18/01/2004 – El GM canadiense Kevin Spragget se proclamó vencedor del 29 Abierto Internacional Ciudad de Sevilla, con 7.5 puntos de 9, al derrotar en la última ronda al GM uzbeco Ibragim Khamrakulov.
