Claro "3D" significa "tercera dimensión" o sea que "4D" sería incluir también el tiempo como factor y "5D" presume de ser un nivel más avanzado todavía que permite viajar en el tiempo. Muchas películas y libros de ciencia ficción abordan el tema de los viajes en el tiempo. En algunos casos Algunos intentan cambiar el pasado, otros intentan reformar el futuro. También hay variaciones en las que ni los viajes en el tiempo pueden influir en nuestro destino.

Ajedrez 5D
En este juego, creado por Conor Petersen y Thunkspace LLC se aplican las reglas normales de ajedrez que nos llevan al próximo nivel "múltiple".
Esto significa que podemos:
Retroceder una pieza (dejarla viajar en el tiempo) y crear nuevas líneas de tiempo
Mover las piezas por esa era de tiempo autocreada y en ella crear amenayas de mate
Proteger al rey (a los reyes) de los ataques de jaque y mate
Además de probar los todos los trucos que nos permiten los viajes por el tiempo a la hora de enfrentarnos con otro jugador, alternativamente también las podremos probar contra un módulo de ajedrez y hasta cambiar el tamaño del tablero de 8 x 8 a 6 x 6. Lo del Ajedrez 5D es una idea bastante astuta.
Además también se pueden resolver problemas de ajedrez y ejercicios de mate en cualquier dimensión.
La fórmula es simple: cuantos más movimientos realicemos, tanto más complicado se pondrá el asunto. En un momento dado se pierde el hilo con tantas líneas diferentes y todos esos universos en paralelo que llevan consigo los viajes en el tiempo.
Conclusión
Es un juego interesante y merece la pena probarlo. Una vez que nos hayamos acostumbrado a la manera extraña de actuar de las piezas, saltando de una línea y otra en el tiempo y creando amenazas de mate que nunca habíamos visto antes. Cuesta alrededor de 10 dólares.
