Ajedrez en Pamplona

23/12/2002 – Cada año la capital navarra dedica las últimas fechas al ajedrez. En en el torneo cerrado participan Vallejo, Sokolov, Bologan y Kasimdzhanov, a doble vuelta. Con tres rondas disputadas, encabeza la clasificación el moldavo Bologan, vencedor de la anterior edición, con 2 puntos. Por otra parte se disputa un abierto con un sistema mixto entre suizo (7 primeras rondas) y eliminatorias (cuartos de final, semifinales y final) Tiene información en la página de Jaque y en la web de Vallejo, en la sección de actualidad.
