Nepomniachtchi manda con un punto de ventaja frente a Ding, tras la undécima partida
Ian Nepomniachtchi y Ding Liren hoy repartieron el punto tras una partida relativamente tranquila. A falta de tan sólo tres partidas para determinar el ganador final, la presión va en aumento.
La undécima partida del duelo por el título del Campeón del Mundo de Ajedrez terminó en tablas tras 39 movimientos y poco más de una hora y 40 minutos de juego.
En una apertura Berlinesa en la Ruy López, Ian Nepomniachtchi, jugando con blancas, se desvió de la variante principal c3 que había jugado antes en el duelo y en lugar de ello optó por 8.a3. Ding también evitó la variante más popular. A medida que se desarrollaba la partida, las blancas consiguieron obtener algo más de iniciativa y una posición más cómoda. Ding se situó en el lado defensivo y se mostró más pasivo.
Tras la jugada algo prematura 15...c4 de Ding, le provocó algunos puntos flacos. Nepomniachtchi, en cambio, optó por simplificar la posición. Tras una serie de intercambios de piezas, entraron en un final de torres igualado.
De nuevo, como en la novena ronda, se produjo una posición en la que las blancas tenían un peón de ventaja durante la final, pero aún así la partida concluyó en tablas. A diferencia de la novena ronda, en la que el debate en una posición igualada duró dos horas, hoy los dos contrincantes decidieron firmar las paces mucho más temprano.
El marcador es ahora 6:5 a favor de Ian Nepomniachtchi.
Con sólo tres partidas más, la presión aumenta para ambos jugadores: Nepomniachtchi necesita mantener el rumbo y la guardia alta, mientras que Ding está cada vez más presionado para asegurarse una victoria.
Mañana martes 25 será el séptimo día de descanso y la duodécima partida se disputará el miércoles, a partir de las 11:00 CEST.
