Campeonato del Mundo de Libia para todos

29/04/2004 – Originariamente el Campeonato del Mundo FIDE por el sistema de KO iba a celebrarse en dos sedes (Libia y Malta) con el objeto principal de acomodar a los jugadores israelíes, cuya entrada está vedada en algunos países árabes. Ahora el principal patrocinador, Moammar Al Qaddafi, ha garantizado el visado de entrada para los 128 jugadores que vayan a disputar la final. He aquí la nota de prensa.
