Los equipos están formados por 5 jugadores, con matches a 4 tableros en cada una de las 11 rondas. Los puntos de match determinarán la clasificación final en ambas competiciones (2 puntos por victoria, 1 punto por empate).
El ritmo de juego es de 90 minutos para las primeras 40 jugadas, más 30 minutos hasta el final de la partida, con un incremento de 30 segundos desde la primera jugada. Los jugadores no pueden acordar tablas antes de la 30.ª jugada de las negras. Solo se permite reclamar tablas antes de la 30.ª jugada de las negras en caso de triple repetición o ahogado.
