Comienza Essent 2007 en Hoogeveen

12/10/2007 – Hoy comienza el XI Torneo Essent en Hoogeveen (Holanda) En el grupo Corona este año juegan Shakhryar Mamedyarov, Ruslan Ponomariov, Loek van Wely y Zaven Andriasyan, dándole la categoría XVII al torneo. En el abierto participan unos 90 jugadores, siendo los favoritos, según su Elo, Evgeny Postny, Erwin L'Ami y Jan Werle. El lugar del encuentro es el Ayuntamiento de Hoogeveen. Al igual que el año pasado los jugadores del grupo Corona jugarán con piezas de cristal, prestadas por el Museo del Cristal. (¡Así que cuidadín a la hora de comer piezas, eh...!) Hay retransmisiones en la web oficial (a partir de las 14:00 CEST)
