Durará hasta el 9 de octubre y pelearán por el título 55 equipos masculinos y 17 femeninos. Las partidas comienzan a las 15:00 hora local (14:00 CEST) El favorito a priori entre los equipos maculinos es el Ural Sverdlovskaya con un Elo promedio superior a 2700 (Radjabov, Shirov, Akopian, Grischuk...)
