ECU101 - The SMART Method to Teach Chess
Los monitores de ajedrez tienen una gran responsabilidad a la hora de enseñar en el aula. Su eficacia es la clave para desarrollar con éxito las habilidades cognitivas, emocionales y sociales de los alumnos a través del juego, por lo que el curso de formación pretende apoyar a los profesores que quieran utilizar el ajedrez como herramienta educativa. Además del enfoque educativo del ajedrez, los monitores de ajedrez necesitan aprender habilidades pedagógicas básicas y técnicas de gestión del aula para mejorar su eficacia.
Este curso de formación ayuda a los profesores a mejorar sus habilidades pedagógicas, incluyendo cómo estructurar las lecciones, proporcionar retroalimentación y crear un entorno de aprendizaje de apoyo para mantener la motivación de los estudiantes. El método ECU101 - The SMART Method to Teach Chess fue diseñado en 2017, por los principales pedagogos de ajedrez de Europa, y está validado por el Consejo Asesor de la ECU, que es un panel académico internacional con expertos en disciplinas que van desde la ciencia cognitiva y la psicología hasta la estadística y la pedagogía. La certificación se desarrolló a raíz de la Declaración del Parlamento Europeo del 15 de marzo de 2012 de que el ajedrez en las escuelas debe fomentarse con fines educativos. El curso es innovador en cuanto a contenido e impartición. Se sirve del SMART method desarrollado por el equipo profesional de ChessPlus y se basa a las experiencias prácticas adquiridos durante muchos años.
El curso es adecuado para profesores y tutores que deseen hacer del ajedrez una experiencia emocionante y educativa para los niños. El curso le ayuda a desarrollar sus habilidades de enseñanza del ajedrez para mejorar el rendimiento educativo general de los niños.
