El Gran Maestro Eduard Gufeld ha fallecido

25/09/2002 – Había nacido en Ucrania, el 19 de marzo de 1936. A finales de los 50 se situó entre los jugadores más fuertes del mundo, venciendo a Tal, Spassky, Smyslov, Korchnoi, Bronstein y otros muchos jugadores. También fue un prolífico autor, con más de 100 libros de ajedrez en su pluma. Sam Sloan y otros han escrito emotivos elogios de esta destacada figura del ajedrez.
