19/06/2001 – El GM Banikas Hristos,  de 23 años es el actual campeón griego y en el pasado también tuvo los títulos sub 12, sub 16 y sub 20. Los días 13 y 14 de junio jugó cuatro partidas (24 min + 10 seg) contra Deep Junior en su ultimísima versión 7.0. Fue un acontecimiento extraordinario que pudo haberse decantado hacia cualquiera de los dos. Pero al final el ordenador prevaleció y ganó el 2.5:1.5. Las partidas las tiene aquí.
