14/08/2004 – Podría ser el duelo de ajedrez cibernético de mayor nivel de todos los tiempos. Y puede ser testigo de él en directo por medio de Jugarajedrez.com. Se trata de un encuentro a ocho partidas entre el varias veces campeón del mundo Shredder, funcionando sobre un sistema ultra rápido con cuatro procesadores, e Hydra, con un hardware especial. Las partidas se disputarán entre los días 14 y 24 de agosto y comenzarán a las 16:00 CET (= GMT +2), excepto la primera que lo hará a las 16:30.
