Festival de Biel

21/07/2003 – El pasado sábado dio comienzo en el Palacio de Congresos de Biel la XXXVI edición del Festival de Ajedrez, con nada menos que nueve acontecimientos programados: junto al torneo de Grandes Maestros (Categoría XVI, Elo  promedio 2648, Smirin, Lutz, Korchnoi, Bacrot, Morozevich, Pelletier) hay un torneo de Maestros, otro principal, el campeonato suizo de rápidas, el campeonato suizo de partidas relámpago, un torneo de la juventud, sesiones de simultáneas, un torneo combinado ajedrez-tenis, un seminario sobre el uso de productos ChessBase y una reunión de filatélicos... ¿Hay quien de más?
