Grandes Premios de la FIDE

03/02/2002 – La FIDE ha anunciado su circuito de Grandes Premios para este año. Abu Dabi (Emiratos Arabes), entre el 5 y el 13 de abril, será el primero. Luego seguirán Moscú (mayo), Bombay o Bangalore (julio), Dubrovnik (agosto) y Río de Janeiro (septiembre) Leontxo García, en su columna de El País ofrece los detalles de la primicia. Se disputarán por el sistema de eliminatorias, en principio a dos partidas de 25 minutos + 10segundos por jugada. Parece que la coincidencia de fechas puede afectar a Dortmund.
