26/10/2003 – El viernes se celebró la segunda ronda clasificatoria. De los 225 participantes, los 14 primeros se clasificaron para el torneo de candidatos, a disputar el próximo 8 de noviembre. Tienen que ser ciudadanos de la Unión Europea, así que el ganador del torneo (GM Hikaru Nakamura) y el décimo clasificado (Anand Ramanan) no podrán tomar parte en el mismo. Las siguientes rondas clasificatorias tendrán lugar el lunes, viernes y sábado de la próxima semana. Toda la información.
