II Festival de Benidorm

20/11/2003 – En Benidorm, entre el 21 y el 29 de noviembre de 2003 tendrá lugar el II Festival Internacional de Ajedrez, con las siguientes competiciones: un torneo internacional para aficionados, un torneo nacional de selecciones autonómicas,  un torneo internacional de blitz y un torneo de las estrellas que este año contará con la participación de Viswanathan Anand, Veselin Topalov, Judith Polgar, Paco Vallejo, Anatoli Karpov, Teimour Radjabov y Sergey Karjakin, entre otros. En total unos 400 ajedrecistas de 40 países se darán cita en la localidad alicantina.
