III Magistral de Pinamar

03/04/2004 – Entre el 24 de marzo y el 1 de abril se disputó el III Magistral Internacional de Pinamar, dedicado a la memoria de Luciano W. Camara, destacado ajedrecista argentino que falleció el pasado 9 de marzo, a la edad de 88 años. La victoria fue para Johan Hellsten, de Suecia, con 8,5 puntos sobre 11 posibles, que consigue de paso su título de GM. En segundo lugar, empatado a puntos con el anterior pero con peor coeficiente, terminó el argentino Pablo Lafuente. Otro Pablo, Ricardi, fue tercero a punto y medio de los anteriores.
