III Torneo Batavia en Ámsterdam

24/02/2011 – Entre el 8 y el 27 de febrero se está disputando un torneo de ajedrez curioso en Ámsterdam: ¡en un bar! Se trata del III Torneo Batavia, patrocinado por la cervecería holandesa "Grolsch" y el bar Batavia, que se encuentra enfrente de la estación central de Ámsterdam. Participan 3 grandes maestros y 7 maestros internacionales. Tras 5 rondas lidera el alemán Gerald Hertneck, de Munich. Ayer consiguió su cuarta victoria, esta vez contra Robert Ris. Por lo demáshasta ahora Hertneck únicamente cedió unas tablas ante Niaz Murshed y lidera con 1,5 puntos de ventaja por delante de sus perseguidores más cercanos Murshed, Bart Michiels y Robin van Kampen) Impresiones fotográficas por Peter Doggers, de ChessVibes, partidas y la clasificación tras 5 rondas...
