Del 11 al 27 de enero de 2013, en Wijk aan Zee (Holanda)
El LXXV Torneo Tata Steel comenzará con la ceremonia inaugural el viernes, 11 de enero de 2013. La primera ronda se juega el sábado, 12 de enero y la última el domingo, 27 de enero de 2013. Los participantes, como era de esperar, serán muy fuertes. Aparte del Campeón del Mundo Vishy Anand, Magnus Carlsen, cinco veces ganador del torneo Tata Steel también ya ha confirmado su participación. Parece mentira, pero la joven estrella noruega, número uno del mundo, participa por décima vez en Wijk aan Zee.
