¿Quién es Jan Jettel?
Jan Jettel nació en Lübeck, Alemania. En su juventud era un ávido jugador de ajedrez y jugó en la Bundesliga Alemana Juvenil durante varias temporadas. Jan es un "adicto al ajedrez bala", relámpago y bughouse. Últimamente se ha quedado con la duda si debería retomar el ajedrez de manera más seria.
Hoy por hoy, vive en San Francisco (EE. UU.) y trabaja para una empresa startup de Silicon Valley, en computación en nube. Combinando su formación en fusiones y adquisiciones con su experiencia laboral en el mundo de las startups, en su tiempo libre Jan escribe sobre el lado empresarial del mundo del ajedrez y la dinámica competitiva entre las principales empresas ajedrecísticas.
