09/05/2007 – En Extremadura el ajedrez está alcanzando, de forma enormemente rápida, un gran desarrollo y no sólo en el plano deportivo. Instituciones públicas y privadas están apostando decididamente por proyectos innovadores que tienen como base el ajedrez. El Servicio Extremeño Público de Empleo, el departamento que se ocupa de combatir el desempleo y formar a los trabajadores de Extremadura, ha introducido en sus programas formativos un módulo experimental denominado "Jugando corto, mirando largo", diseñado por el club campeón de España Linex-Magic.
