Kasparov y Calviá

24/10/2003 – Parece que el número uno del mundo le ha cogido el gusto al Mediterráneo y a sus islas. Según informan en la sección de deportes del chileno La Tercera, en una reunión celebrada en Barcelona, Kasparov se comprometió con el alcalde de Calviá a participar la Olimpiada de Ajedrez 2004, que se celebrará en dicha localidad mallorquina, si es seleccionado por la federación rusa. Kasparov se mostró también interesado por la celebración de una partida simultánea con cuatro jóvenes promesas de gran proyección, entre los que estaría el menorquín Francisco Vallejo y que también tendría lugar en Calviá el próximo junio.
