01/07/2002 – En la final del III Grand Prix du Senat, disputado este fin de semana organizado por el Club de Ajedrez NAO, el campeón del mundo de ajedrez clásico Vladimir Kramnik se impuso por un claro 2-0 a Laurent Fressinet.
