03/06/2001 – Normalmente este problema se produce por la función de Windows Millenium de restauración del sistema, que crea copias de seguridad de los archivos utilizados. Con un PC lento y un gran árbol de aperturas el tiempo de arranque y activación puede ser largo. Para deshabilitar esa función debemos ir a Inicio -> Configuración -> Panel de Control -> Sistema -> Rendimiento -> Sistema de archivos -> Solución de problemas y poner una marca de comprobación en Deshabilitar Restaurar sistema.
