12/08/2001 – Al editar el fichero ChssBase.ini en el directorio de Windows, bajo el epígrafe [Tablebase] nos encontramos con la línea CacheSizeKB=2048. Según la capacidad de nuestro sistema podemos aumentar el rendimiento de las tablas de finales, incrementando ese valor a 4096, 8192, etc. A la hora de asignar un valor debemos tener en cuenta los recursos disponibles en nuestro equipo, considerando las cantidades de memoria asignadas para las tablas de transposición, etc.
