27/02/2002 – Problema: mis interlocutores reciben mi sonido pero yo no puedo oírlos. Haga la prueba deshabilitando DirectSound en el menú Herramientas - Opciones – Audio del programa NetMeeting y comprobando su micrófono. Intente, sin usar NetMeeting, hacer una grabación de sonido. Compruebe que la misma se reproduce sin problemas. Si no fuera así, deberá corregir los ajustes de su tarjeta de sonido. También puede ayudar el desactivar la opción de audio duplex completo en el mismo menú del programa que se citó anteriormente. Esto es algo que deberían hacer ambos interlocutores.
