06/04/2002 – Main memory (MB) o memoria principal es la cantidad de memoria disponible en su equipo. Debido a la arquitectura, este valor puede ser algo menor que la memoria instalada. La diferencia suele ser de alrededor de 1 MB. Idealmente este valor debería ser mayor que el del campo Memory usage o tamaño de la memoria, pues de otro modo, si el sistema empieza a emular memoria en el disco duro, el rendimiento caería en picado.
