20/03/2002 – Si quiere utilizar un tablero externo Smartboard en combinación con la interfaz clásica de Shredder 6 y tiene problemas en la comunicación entre ambos, tenga en cuenta que el Smartboard ya no se comercializa desde hace algunos años y que el fabricante TASC desarrolló por entonces unos controladores de 16 bits que no son compatibles con los sistemas operativos Windows 2000 y Windows XP. Al no existir ninguna actualización de los mismos, el Smartboard sólo le funcionará con Win 9x y Win Me.
