A la edad de 12 años y 4 meses, Kateryna Lahno se convirtió en la gran maestra femenina más joven del mundo. Hoy, cuando ha alcanzado los 14, ha sobrepasado tocado la barrera de los 2500 puntos Elo y trabaja en pos del título de GM masculino.
