También hubo un premio a la partida más espectacular del torneo, denominado "Premio Lubomír Kaválek". El Premio Lubomír Kaválek a la mejor partida del torneo se entregó por primera vez en el Festival Internacional de Ajedrez de Praga 2021. El premio lleva el nombre del fallecido gran maestro checo-estadounidense Lubomír Kaválek (1943-2021), premiado en numerosas ocasiones a lo largo de su carrera por jugar las mejores partidas, las más bellas o, si se quiere, las más interesantes.
La partida de octavos entre Nodirbek Abdusattorov (UZB) y Parham Maghsoodloo (IRI) ganó el premio a la partida más espectacular del torneo.
