19/02/2004 – Hoy dio comienzo el super torneo de Linares. El intento del más joven participante, Teimour Radjabov, de meter en problemas a Peter Leko fue decididamente rechazado por éste. En el final, el magiar se adjudicó el punto frente al azerí. Shirov y Kasparov dieron vida a una interesante y equilibrada partida táctica que, como la que enfrentó a Vallejo y Kramnik, terminó en tablas. Veselin Topalov inició el torneo descansando. Partidas.
