In the Caro-Kann Advance Variation 1.e4 c6 2.d4 d5 3.e5 Bf5 4.h4, Black almost always continues with 4...h5. However, there are also a number of well-known players, such as Nakamura, Vachier-Lagrave or Aronian, who have already tried 4...h6!? instead.
