28/04/2003 – Organizado por el Club d’Echecs de Genève, se disputó en Ginebra (Suiza) entre el 24 y el 27 de abril, con apretado calendario de mañana y tarde. Permitió a Vadim Milov resarcirse de la derrota en el Neckar Open del fin de semana anterior. Terminó empatado con 6 puntos sobre 7 posibles con el segundo clasificado, el también helvético Claude Landenbergue. Tercero fue el ruso Burmakin.
