03/02/2004 – En presencia del Presidente del Govern Balear D. Jaume Matas y del Conseller de Turimo D. Joan Flaquer, tuvo lugar la presentación en la Feria Internacional del Turimo (FITUR) de la Olimpiada de Ajedrez de Calviá. En el acto se presentó también la mascota de la Olimpiada, de nombre Peonín. Federación Española.
