Polgar vence a Ponomariov en un espectacular desempate

02/12/2002 – La fase regular del Torneo de Benidorm finalizó con empate en la primera posición, entre Judit Polgar and Ruslan Ponomariov, ambos con 8 puntos. El ganador se decidió por medio de dos partidas relámpago (3 min + 2 seg).
