Rusev ganó el XV Festival Internacional 'Leonardo di Bona' en Cutro
29/04/2009 – El jugador búlgaro Krasimir Rusev ganó el XV Festival Internazionale "Leonardo di Bona", al ser el único ajedrecista que logró 6,5 puntos en 9 rondas. En la ronda final derrotó a Milan Drasko y dejó atrás a Vladimir Malanjuk, Vladimir Georgiev y a su compatriotra Ventzislav Inkiov. El favorito según su Elo, Dmitry Svetushkin (Elo 2615) ocupó el quinto lugar.
