18/09/2004 – ¡Enhorabuena! Según informa el diario El Universo, citando al periódico Trud, el Gran Maestro ruso de ajedrez Mark Taimanov a sus 78 años se ha convertido en padre de gemelos, después de que su cuarta esposa, 35 años más joven, diera a luz en una clínica en San Petersburgo. El hijo mayor del ajedrecista, de 56 años, se mostró contento con sus nuevos hermanos. Resalta la noticia la tendencia existente últimamente entre los grandes del ajedrez de San Petersburgo hacia la procreación de gemelos, pues Taimanov se une en la lista a Salov y a Svidler.
