Tomashevsky ganó el Campeonato de Rusia 2009 'Higher League'

15/09/2009 – El Campeonato de Rusia "Higher League" disputado en Ulán-Udé terminó el pasado fin de semana con la victoria de Evgeny Tomashevsky. Fue el único jugador que sumó 8 puntos en 11 rondas. Además del ganador del torneo, se han clasificado para la "Super Final del Campeonato de Rusia" los jugadores Nikita Vitiugov, Alexander Riazantsev, Denis Kismatullin (todos con 7,5 puntos) y Artyom Timofeev.
