En cuanto al propio Regilor, en esta ocasión se disputan dos cuadrangulares por sistema de liga en Medias, uno con cuatro hombres y otro con cuatro mujeres. Tras la primera jornada de ajedrez rápido (tres rondas), Sergey Karjakin encabeza con 2,5/3 en la sección absoluta, mientras que Anna Muzychuk y Elisabeth Pähtz comparten el mando en la femenina, con 2 puntos en tres partidas.

XI Torneo Regilor en Rumanía
Hace 10 años se disputó el primer torneo "Regilor" o "Kings Tournament" de carácter internacional, patrocinado por Romgaz. En 2017, habrá una doble competición, de ajedrez rápido y relámpago, con categorías absoluta y femenina. El año pasado se vieron las caras Hou Yifan y Vladimir Kramnik. Comenzarán mañana, sábado 25 de noviembre y habrá retransmisiones aquí en este sitio
