Una pintura de dos grandes maestros

23/03/2022 – Por supuesto que el título de la nota invita a imaginar alguna partida brillante, una obra de arte del tablero, lo que en la jerga del ajedrez se conoce como «pintura». Nada que ver. En la foto puede apreciarse al GM Alan Pichot (Elo 2630, 2º del ranking argentino) y al GM Diego Flores (Elo 2566, 5º del ranking argentino, y siete veces ganador del máximo título nacional) encaramados a una escalera, pintando el frente de «su» club, el círculo Torre Blanca, que se está vistiendo de fiesta para festejar sus cincuenta años.

Habría que ver de cuántos países el 2º y el 5º del ranking se prestarían a hacer esto. Una gran muestra de humildad y generosidad de la actual generación dorada del ajedrez argentino.
